For severe rotations or jaw problems, fixed braces are often faster and more predictable. Who plans my aligner treatment?
Dr Hitesh Nagrath, who holds an MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics. He plans the tooth movement, places the attachments and monitors progress in person. How long does aligner treatment take?
Most cases run between six and eighteen months depending on complexity. Milder cases finish sooner. You get a planned end date at the simulation step, before you commit.
