How much do clear aligners cost in Chembur?

Are clear aligners better than braces?
For most adult and teen cases with mild to moderate issues, aligners are more discreet, removable and need fewer clinic visits. For severe rotations or jaw problems, fixed braces are often faster and more predictable. Because Dr Hitesh is an MDS orthodontist, he can plan either, so the recommendation is based on your case, not on what the clinic happens to offer.
Who plans my aligner treatment?
Dr Hitesh Nagrath, who holds an MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics. He plans the tooth movement, places the attachments and monitors progress in person. This is the main difference between us and clinics where a general dentist supervises aligners, or a mail-order service with no clinician at all.
Is The Dental House an official Invisalign provider?
Yes. We are an official Invisalign Provider and also offer other clear aligner systems for simpler, more cost-sensitive cases. The clinical process, scan, simulation, attachments, trays, refinements and retainers, is the same whichever system suits your case.
How long does aligner treatment take?
Most cases run between six and eighteen months depending on complexity. Milder cases finish sooner. You get a planned end date at the simulation step, before you commit.
Do aligners hurt?
There is mild pressure for two to three days after each new tray, which most people describe as awareness rather than pain, and it settles quickly. It is generally gentler than the ache after a braces adjustment.
Can I eat normally with aligners?
You remove the trays to eat and drink anything other than water, so there are no food restrictions while they are out. You brush and put them back afterwards. Aim for 20 to 22 hours of wear a day.
I started a mail-order aligner and it stalled. Can you help?
Often, yes. Dr Hitesh can assess where the case went wrong, re-scan and plan a supervised reset. Bring any records you have. If the case is not salvageable with aligners he will tell you honestly and explain the alternatives.
Do I have to wear retainers forever?
Nightly for the first year, then long-term part-time wear is the realistic standard. Teeth drift back without retention, and relapse is the most common problem we are asked to fix, so retainers matter as much as the trays.
